Bold & Luxe: A Custom Basement Bar and Vanity Design in Markham
This Markham home features a stunning custom basement bar that’s both stylish and functional. The bar cabinets are designed with a shaker plus step door style and finished in a rich, custom black stain oak with elegant Decotec Picasso gold accents for a touch of luxury. The bar also boasts hickory hardware handles and is equipped with sleek KitchenAid appliances and a high-quality Bosco sink for easy entertaining. Custom columns were crafted to match the bar, creating a cohesive and polished look. To top it off, Richelieu Vitigno wine pegs offer a sleek way to display the homeowner’s wine collection.
The project also included custom vanities that mirror the shaker plus step door style for a coordinated design. These vanities are crafted from durable HDF material and painted for a clean and fresh finish. Each vanity is equipped with a Bosco sink and completed with Pomelli Cliff Side handles, adding a refined touch to the overall design.
This project is all about blending bold design with practical, high-end features, creating a basement bar and vanity setup that’s both beautiful and functional.
A Modern Masterpiece in Toronto
Sleek & Stylish: A Modern Kitchen with Slate Grey & Walnut Finishes
This Scarborough home was transformed with a sleek, modern kitchen featuring a striking combination of materials. The cabinets are finished in a smooth Acrylic Slate Grey, providing a contemporary and polished look. Paired with natural finish Walnut veneer accents, the space has a warm, organic touch that beautifully balances the bold grey.
For a seamless design, we used integrated Syma 32 Black handles and Berenson Edge Pulls, which give the kitchen a clean and minimalistic feel. High-end Thermador appliances complete the look, adding both luxury and top-notch functionality to the space.
With this stunning blend of modern and natural finishes, the kitchen offers a perfect combination of style, practicality, and elegance. This is a space designed for both cooking and entertaining in style!
Navy & White Elegance: A Timeless Kitchen Upgrade with a Modern Twist
Bright & Bold: A Clean, Modern Kitchen with Creative Storage
This Harbord Village home, we designed a modern kitchen with a bright and airy feel. The upper cabinets are painted in Benjamin Moore Skipping Stone, while the lower cabinets feature a cool and calming Benjamin Moore Atmospheric. To keep the space fresh and modern, we used Benjamin Moore Ultra White for the floating shelves and hood, and added a pop of sunshine yellow to the window ledge floating shelf with Benjamin Moore Sunshine.
The handles are sleek and subtle, with the Syma 2 Inglete handle almost disappearing into the cabinets, leaving just a touch of metal at the top of the doors. We also added Richelieu Modern Metal Knobs in brushed nickel for a modern touch.
The client wanted a very clean, open look with minimal upper cabinets, so we included niche spaces for cooking spices, small floating shelves near the stove for décor and more spices, and open storage above the laundry machines. One unique feature of this kitchen is the slide-out butcher block countertop above the laundry area, perfect for extra workspace.
The dining room was a new addition, allowing us to create a larger kitchen that is both functional and stylish, with plenty of storage and personality.
Sleek & Smart: A Modern Makeover with Extra Storage Solutions
Located in the Corso Italia-Davenport area of Toronto, brought together modern design and clever storage solutions. We used a beautiful mix of materials for a sleek look: the cabinets feature a soft, matte finish in Decotec Silver Grey Supermatt, while the dark accents in Decotec Black Halifax Oak have a rich wood texture for contrast. The black edge pull handles add a stylish and modern touch.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was working with an uneven ceiling, but we overcame it to create a clean and seamless look. The goal was to maximize storage, and we added extra cabinets to make the most of the space. A special addition was the unit by the back door, which is a brand-new part of the house, offering even more storage for the homeowner. This kitchen is now both functional and fashionable, perfect for everyday living!
Toronto Home Unveils Sleek Kitchen Makeover with Cutting-Edge Appliances and Elegant Custom Features
In a recent Toronto home renovation, a custom kitchen was installed that epitomizes modern luxury and functionality. The cabinets, beautifully stained in Curly Maple, add a touch of elegance and warmth. The kitchen features state-of-the-art Legra Blum Orion Free drawers, which glide open effortlessly, offering a seamless user experience.Â
For added sophistication, the drawers and cabinets are fitted with Berenson Haliburton Chrome handles and Syma 32 Integrated handles, providing a sleek, minimalist look. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a Sharp Microwave Drawer, ingeniously saving counter space while maintaining a streamlined design.Â
The Fisher & Paykel Integrated Refrigerator Freezer merges seamlessly with the cabinetry, enhancing the kitchen’s clean lines. Additionally, a Miele dishwasher is discreetly integrated into the setting, offering top-tier efficiency and design congruity, making this kitchen not only a visual marvel but also a hub of culinary efficiency.
Timeless Elegance: A Classic Shaker Kitchen Transformation
For this Toronto kitchen cabinet project, the classic Shaker style was chosen to bring a timeless yet contemporary feel to the space. The cabinets were painted in a sophisticated combination of Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace, a crisp and clean white, and Benjamin Moore’s Old Navy, a rich, deep blue.Â
This striking color duo adds both brightness and depth to the kitchen. The millwork, expertly designed by Eugene and Sarah from the Impressions Kitchens Design Team, ensures a perfect blend of elegance and functionality. The look is completed with Berenson Muskoka hardware, known for its elegant and durable designs. This stylish kitchen update was completed in October 2022.
